More About PhysioAcoustic Massage

PhysioAcoustic Massage awakens and resets a region in the brain known as the default mode network.
(DMN) is active when a person is not focused on the outside world. Binaural beats, nonlinear, primordial and other soundwaves promote synchronous restful brain activity noted in deep meditative states and sleep.

How It Works

  • During the treatment, you relax on the massage table and put a headset on. Scientifically designed music is piped into both ears and into amplifiers embedded in the table.
  • The application of scientific sound entrains brainwaves into beneficial physiologic responses for stress reduction, anxiety release, cessation of thought, energetic coherence and internal harmony.
  • Via the embedded amplifiers, sound waves travel through your muscle and bone and awaken your vibration sense.
  • Additionally, you wear scientifically engineered glasses  that translate sound into light pulses. This visual-auditory entrainment further deepens the relaxation response.
  • Massage is also performed during the treatment, often working from left to right and right to left across the spine and major meridians.
  • Aroma therapy further helps to bring you closer to a state of suspended animation. Organic essential oils like cedar, cinnamon, spearmint and rose release anxieties while tangerine, frankincense and lavender elevate the sense of wellbeing.
